Alkami Appoints Wayne McCulloch as Chief Customer Officer

Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALKT) (“Alkami”), a leading cloud-based digital banking solutions provider for banks and credit unions in the U.S., today announced the appointment of Wayne McCulloch to the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

McCulloch brings more than 25 years of experience designing, optimizing, and scaling the customer experience for leading technology companies. Prior to Alkami, he served as the Chief Customer Officer at WalkMe, where he led the post-sales functions, improving implementation speed driving faster time to value, streamlining technical support capabilities for faster time to resolution, improving adoption through enablement and customer success, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and retention. He also directed the management and growth of WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Institute, tasked with advancing the profession of digital adoption including the first official crowdsourced list of Top 100 Digital Adoption Professionals, and driving the launch of an award-winning online community, Most Valuable Player (MVP), and advocacy program.

McCulloch has also served in senior executive roles at leading software companies including Google, where he was responsible for all Customer Success teams across the Google Cloud SaaS products of more than seven million customers, and Salesforce, where he led the global education and adoption function and increased the number of certified professionals more than eight-fold in two years. He is a published author and recognized thought leader, earning multiple awards in the customer success and learning fields, including distinction as a Top 25 Customer Success Influencer in 2022.
