A best-in-class digital banking experience should guide account holders toward informed decisions, give business accounts greater control over payments, and equip financial institution employees with the visibility they need to keep operations moving.
The Fall 2026 Digital Banking Platform release is built around that promise of turning everyday banking moments into confident action.
From certificate maturity prompts and personalized lending offers to international payment validation, intraday wire reporting, encrypted data extracts, and more flexible MANTL administration, this release connects account holder guidance with the controls and visibility financial institution teams need behind the scenes.
This release gives financial institutions more ways to surface timely information and relevant opportunities inside digital banking. Additionally, these enhancements guide account holders through important financial decisions while creating more meaningful engagement within the digital experience.
Account holders with certificate of deposit (CD) accounts nearing maturity will now see a prompt encouraging them to review and select a maturity option. The prompt appears on the Accounts List on the Dashboard and on the Accounts page across desktop and mobile experiences.
The CD maturity experience has also been updated with a modern interface that opens in a sidesheet. Financial institutions can provide additional information about each option, including a link to a rate sheet for renewals.
By surfacing the prompt at the right moment and providing more context, financial institutions can give account holders a clearer path to review and decide what happens next with their funds.

The SavvyMoney Mobile Module brings credit scores, alerts, utilization, financial education, and personalized offers together in one mobile experience.
The module gives account holders a more connected way to monitor credit and evaluate relevant financial opportunities within digital banking. Prioritized offers display the most relevant offer first, while pre-qualified and pre-approved offers support more personalized lending engagement and encourage additional loan applications.
The release expands the Business & Commercial Banking Platform to give clients more control over payment workflows while giving financial institutions stronger visibility and approval controls. These enhancements support more accurate payment initiation, faster recovery from incomplete approvals, and clearer oversight of cash movement throughout the business day.
The Digital Banking Platform now supports real-time validation of international payment instructions before a payment is initiated.
Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN) validation gives business and commercial banking accounts an earlier opportunity to verify payment details. By confirming international payment instructions before initiation, financial institutions can reduce avoidable errors and give business clients greater confidence in international payment workflows.

Wires and ACH transactions that expire because they remain pending without completing dual approval can now be resubmitted. Authorized users can re-originate the transaction without re-entering the original information.
This capability reduces repetitive work for business and commercial banking clients and supports faster completion of time-sensitive payments when an approval is delayed or remains incomplete.
Business wires and business admin now support read-only access for staff with the View-As-User (VAU) Read Only permission.
These staff members can view account information without adding, editing, or canceling wires or making changes in business admin. The expanded read-only experience gives financial institution employees the visibility they need while preserving the controls that limit who can take action.
The release included an additional review step when business and commercial banking accounts are added or removed.
Authorized approvers must approve each request before a new authorized user becomes active or an existing authorized user is removed. This added layer of review strengthens access controls and gives business and commercial banking clients greater oversight of account administration.
Intraday wire reporting gives business and commercial banking users clearer visibility into wire activity throughout the business day by allowing them to:
By making same-day activity easier to monitor, intraday reporting enables treasury and operations teams to respond sooner and maintain a clearer view of outgoing funds.
The Fall 2026 release adds enhancements to Operational Data & Insights that give financial institution employees more practical ways to investigate activity, collaborate on complex issues, and apply stronger controls to sensitive data extracts. These enhancements extend operational visibility beyond the Platform while giving authorized team members more control over how data extracts are encrypted and delivered.
The Recent Activity Widget now supports export for offline review and analysis of extended user history.
Financial institution employees can use exported activity to troubleshoot complex issues, review historical events, and collaborate with support teams outside the Platform. This gives operational and service teams a practical way to investigate activity and maintain a record for follow-up.
The Extract Management Tool now allows authorized financial institution employees to self-manage Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) file encryption for data extracts delivered from the data lake.
A new global settings interface lets authorized team members manage their public key and configure extract-specific settings. Financial institutions can enforce encryption when files are delivered through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or when extracts are downloaded manually.
These controls support more consistent encryption practices while giving authorized employees greater control over how sensitive data extracts are handled.
With enhancements to the Positive Pay and ACH Reporting Solution, financial institutions have a more structured way to manage account transfers while preserving account history and maintaining visibility throughout the process. The new capability brings key account movement activities into a self-service workflow, reducing manual coordination for financial institution employees.
Positive Pay Move Account enables financial institutions to securely transfer accounts between clients through a self-service workflow while preserving account history and providing visibility into transfer status.
Financial institution employees can initiate, edit, cancel, and track account moves. By bringing these activities into a structured workflow, the capability reduces operational overhead and gives teams a clearer view of each transfer from initiation through completion.
Recent MANTL Onboarding & Account Opening enhancements give financial institution employees more control over interest rate administration and application sorting. These updates reduce manual work, improve visibility, and allow Console admin teams to organize information around the way they manage applications.
Interest Rate Manager gives Console Admins a centralized view of every configured rate across products and variants, with the ability to export the full rate book to CSV, apply updates offline, and re-import changes in bulk with row-level validation that confirms which rates were added, updated, or removed. Interest Rate Manager enables less manual effort, better visibility, and faster rate management for institutions with many products and variants.
The Application Queue enhancements give Console users more control over how they navigate their applications, helping teams prioritize applications faster and operate more efficiently. When creating Saved Queues, Console users can now customize displayed columns, reorder information, see application counts at a glance, and organize Saved Queues around the way their team works.
In this release, the Alkami Alliance Partner Program brings together organizations that extend the Digital Banking Platform with integrations for specialized fraud, security, and compliance capabilities. These relationships give financial institutions more options to address specific risk priorities while strengthening their layered security approach and broader ecosystem around digital banking.
This quarter, we are pleased to welcome two new Alliance partners:
Mitek Check Fraud Defender uses artificial intelligence (AI)-powered image and data analysis to identify anomalous and high-risk checks so financial institutions can identify fraud earlier.
The solution analyzes check images, applies business rules and consortium intelligence, and flags suspicious items for fraud teams to investigate in Mitek’s MiControl Fraud Management Console. The resulting visual evidence and risk insights help analysts prioritize higher-risk items and make faster, more informed decisions.
The alliance adds a check-specific fraud detection capability to Alkami’s broader fraud and security ecosystem. It also gives financial institutions another way to address forged, altered, and counterfeit check activity while supporting operational efficiency across fraud review workflows.
Unit21 provides AI risk infrastructure that unifies real-time fraud detection, anti-money laundering (AML) transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, and regulatory filing.
The solution supports real-time monitoring, configurable detection rules, AI-enhanced alert and case review, investigation workflows, and compliance processes such as Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing and sanctions screening.
The partnership expands Alkami’s fraud and compliance ecosystem with transaction-pattern monitoring across transfers, wires, and other financial events. Through the existing Alkami integration framework, Unit21 can be made available to financial institutions without requiring a separate integration build for each deployment.
The Alkami Elements Partner Program gives financial institutions access to specialized fintech capabilities that extend the Digital Banking Platform. Financial institutions can add targeted experiences without building every capability internally. This quarter, we are pleased to announce four new Elements partners:
Together, Elan, Convera, TAPP Engine, and Prizeout expand the ways financial institutions can serve account holders and access specialized capabilities through the Alkami ecosystem.
The Fall 2026 Digital Banking Platform release brings together enhancements that support:
Together, these capabilities enable financial institutions to reduce unnecessary friction, strengthen operational controls, and create more connected digital banking experiences. The result is a platform that supports confident action across the account holder experience and the workflows behind it.
