Description The user group was founded in 1986 by a group of banks that used the same hardware (Unisys now Burroughs) and ITI software (now Fiserv Premier). There was also a common need to share ideas and information with each other (Users helping Users).

The user group has members from the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Member banks range from small community banks to larger (billion dollar banks). The size of the bank is irrelevant to membership, we all help each other. We have banks that are in-house as well as out-sourced (various Fiserv data centers) and use either IBM or Burroughs equipment.
