At Alkami Co:lab 2023, we asked for our customers’ feedback – the good and the bad. We wanted to know where we had room for improvement. Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to improving release quality, application support, and customer change requests; while communicating progress updates on each initiative. In 2024, we went back to our customers to get a pulse check. We found that overall our customers were satisfied with our ability to act on their feedback and have more detailed conversations around where we can alleviate challenges. While there is always room for improvement, our customers made it a point to share how they appreciated our zero downtime deployments and 1:1 support conversations.
Our Client Experience Group is focused on enabling our customers with the ability to keep moving and succeed at their preferred pace. We’ve reimagined how our customers have historically interacted with us to ensure that financial institution teams using Alkami’s digital banking solutions are empowered to get the support they need through quick answers across diverse channels.
