Deanna Maddox lives in Phoenix, AZ, with her two-year-old son. She’s been in the education field for nineteen years, and for the past eight years, has worked as a Senior Instructional Designer across HR, education systems, and FinTech organizations.
She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and has served as a team lead in various capacities, primarily focusing on project management and scoping.
She loves being part of collaborative projects and working with others toward a shared goal. One of her favorite aspects of this work is witnessing how an idea evolves from concept to a final deliverable. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, books, playing with her son, going to the gym, and running — when it's not 1,000 degrees outside in Arizona!]
