The PMO Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and evolving the Alkami project methodology, along with ensuring that the relevant standards are upheld. Responsibilities

  • Analyze the existing Alkami project management methodology and identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement that balance client satisfaction with internal efficiency. Lead the implementation and measurement of these changes.
  • Create and maintain written procedures and process flows.
  • Introduce and maintain a portfolio dashboard reporting mechanisms to track project health, status and key risks. Further, overall responsibility for tracking schedule, cost and scope for all portfolio projects.
  • Identify opportunities for tooling and automation, leading efforts to identify requirements, evaluate vendors, develop business cases and lead implementation.
  • Work with the functional areas to conduct capacity planning and project assignments.

The Launch Engineer is ultimately responsible for a successful launch from Go Live through the transition to Support. The ideal candidate will lead meetings with Project Managers and Technical Implementation teams ahead of the launch to ensure all pre-launch activities are complete. During the Go Live week through the transition to Support the Launch Engineer is responsible for configuration changes, issue triage, and collaborating with the Development team to resolve issues.

Our fun and dynamic engineering department is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the next generation of Alkami’s digital banking platform. The Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with Development and Product Managers to drive testability and ensure quality of the releases, work closely with developers in an agile environment, be able to deal with ambiguity, figure out a plan quickly with given information, have strong troubleshooting skills, and possess a deep knowledge of test and tool development methodology. Responsibilities

  • Works on day to day testing activities on the assigned scrum teams
  • Responsibilities will include test case generation, execution, defect logging
  • Will also be expected to execute automated scripts
  • Design tests for more complex functionality
  • Design tests for system level changes in the application
  • Expected to communicate concerns/issues on test coverage
  • Drive test case additions and changes needed to ensure application coverage

The Technical Consultant role is primarily responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and execution of Alkami’s software products. As a Technical Consultant, you will be a part of small but growing team of talented people responsible for implementing a complex enterprise banking software solution in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial software with experience working directly with clients as well as internal project managers and development resources.

The environment is .NET with a SQL backend, and each project requires integration with third party vendors including proprietary credit union and bank host systems. Relationship building is an important aspect of the position, where the individual will focus on securing strong professional relationships with clients. In addition, the individual will provide technical leadership and project coordination.

Successful candidates must have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completion working collaboratively with both internal and client facing technical resources. The ideal candidate will keep up to date with technology, and suggest ways to incorporate new products and policies to help to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients both in-person and virtually to define solution dependencies and transform business practices in accordance with software design.
  • Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency for both Alkami’s SaaS multi-tenant model and in-house clients.
  • Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements after contract execution.
  • Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources and actively participate in their resolution.
  • Work directly with third party vendors to resolve integration and design issues with various external systems.
  • Work closely with Development, Configuration, and PM resources to resolve complex technical issues related to ongoing projects.
  • Provide technical support to dedicated Support resources to upgrade and troubleshoot systems and environments as needed.
  • Share guidance, knowledge, skills, and experiences with team members, provide technical leadership, and update internally-maintained knowledge repository.
  • Provide supplemental technical support when the primary responsible individuals are not available.
  • Audit client environments and oversee the launch of Alkami products and solutions.
  • Create and manage documentation and toolsets for the scalability of the Technical Consulting organization.
